The talking newspaper has people available to speak at meetings of groups. The main purpose of such visits would NOT be as a money raising excercise but to publicise the services available from talking newspapers both locally and nationally.
Any fee that is paid to the speaker is normally paid into local TN funds although if the speaker has to travel some distance then travel expenses may be deducted.
